One day in July 2009, while patrolling the hotel square, Liu Shijie noticed smoke coming out of the engine of a passenger and cargo vehicle in the parking lot. At the beginning of April 2015, Liu Shijie found that the fire hose at the west step ladder was aging and slightly leaking. Coincidentally. In the summer of 2016, when Liu Shijie went to the roof of the hotel to inspect, he found that the fire sprinkler pipe erected on the roof of the building was partially wet. After careful observation, it was found that the fire pipes installed when the hotel was built 20 years ago have been seriously aged after years of wind and rain erosion, and even peeled off in some places, and this imperceptible phenomenon is a precursor to the bursting of pipes.
