This is an unusual winter, the whole city is like in a slumber, people are staying at home, strip of streets on the river of people suddenly dried up, in the wide zone only a piece of clean white …… It seems to be the gusts of biting cold winds, drove away the enthusiasm of the people …… The girl walked along the edge of the narrow street, wrapped and pushed by the wind and snow …… Some voices suddenly resounded in a corner of the soul, as if they were inherent in the tones of this icy season.
“Perhaps my future, like the streets of this tiny city, is as far as the eye can see …… So what is the meaning of life?” She thought to herself.
Like a bird in a cage clawing at its own feathers, the girl was full of depression and anger, blaming herself and hating this society. The girl just walked like this, her obsessed eyes just a confused white color.
Suddenly, a red color flooded into her eyes, and a cry of alarm rang out from behind her.
“Oh my god, there’s a fire there!”
“What a huge fire, how did this burn?”
“Did someone call 119?”
People, who had been sporadic, gathered around, and the girl only felt that they were making a scene. The crowd was scalding hot, but the girl felt icy cold and wanted to leave as soon as possible. The black smoke screaming over the fire suddenly blurred the girl’s thoughts ……
Suddenly, a roaring fire truck broke through the barrier of the crowd like a red dragon, and the girl froze as if in a dream.
“Everyone make way, make way! The firemen are coming!”
Several firefighters in protective suits immediately jumped out of the car, lightning fast took out water guns from the car and sharply connected them, the water dragon suddenly rushed towards the blazing fire. There are several firefighters wearing thick protective clothing warriors rushed to the fire, their eyes are so resolute and unyielding, seems to be declaring war on the fire.
The crimson light of the fire illuminated the firefighters’ faces red, and beads of sweat trickled down along their nervous brows. The girl’s mood began to tense up along with them.
The fire axe in the hands of the fire fighters and soldiers like a sword to cut through the obstacles, open up the way into the fire. After a short period of time, the fighters with blackened protective clothing quickly out, fortunately no casualties. Later, the flames were extinguished, followed by the cheers and retreat of the crowd.
Like a beam of light, broke through the haze in the girl’s heart. Spring suddenly grew freely in the cold city with that look, those gestures. It was a blaze, like waves wanting to run, like heavy rain wanting to pour, like roses wanting to bloom ……
The girl buried her head in thought for a moment, as if she had made up her mind about something, silently saluted the firefighters and turned to leave. She disappeared into the cold white, like water disappearing into water. She blazed in anticipation of the day when she would blossom like them ……
